Proposition 91
Proposition 91 would eliminate the state's authority ability to spend transportation funds on non-transportation purposes after July 1, 2008. All transportation money used for non-transportation purposes previous to 2007 would be paid back into the transportation pool under the initiative. Prop. 91 would also severely limit loans made to the state General Fund from the transportation allotment.

Proposition 92
Proposition 92 would allocate 10.46% of state mandatory school funding towards community colleges. It would introduce a new formula to determine the amount of community college funding based on age growth rate and state unemployment rate. Student fees would also be lowered with limitations placed on the Legislature's ability to raise fees in the future.

Proposition 93
Proposition 93 would impose limits on legislators' terms in office. It would reduce the total amount of time a person may serve in the state legislature from 14 years to 12 years. It would allow a person to serve a total of 12 years either in the Assembly, the Senate, or a combination of both. It also provides a transition period to allow current members to serve a total of 12 consecutive years in the house in which they are currently serving, regardless of any prior service in another house.

Proposition 94
A referendum on recent governor approved amendments to Indian gaming compacts with the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians. If the proposition passes, the amended compacts will go into effect. If rejected, the tribe will continue to operate it's casinos under the existing gaming compact.

Proposition 95
A referendum on recent governor approved amendments to Indian gaming compacts with the Morongo Band of Mission Indians. If the proposition passes, amended compacts will go into effect. If rejected, the tribe will continue to operate it's casinos under the existing gaming compact

Proposition 96
A referendum on recent governor approved amendments to Indian gaming compacts with the Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation. If the proposition passes, amended compacts will go into effect. If rejected, the tribe will continue to operate it's casinos under the existing gaming compact

Proposition 97
A referendum on recent governor approved amendments to Indian gaming compacts with the Agua Caliente tribe. If the proposition passes, compacts will go into effect. If rejected, the tribe will continue to operate it's casinos under the existing gaming compact
