Jolly + Murphy: One R, One D
4pm Lecture: Wheeler Auditorium
5:15pm Reception: 109 Moses Hall
U.S. Representatives David Jolly (R) and Patrick Murphy (D) tried to work across the aisle in Congress. They both lost re-election because of it. The two now tell the unvarnished truth about what’s broken in Washington, and how to fix it. (In their lively and irreverent conversation, they say things they probably shouldn’t.)
On Wednesday, October 24th, former Members of Congress Jolly and Murphy will speak at Berkeley at 4 p.m. at Wheeler Auditorium in Alan Ross’s class. You are invited to attend the lecture and a private reception immediately following at 5:15 p.m. at the Institute of Governmental Studies Library (109 Moses).
No registration is required for the lecture, but we ask that you help us with a head count by registering for the reception. Can’t make the lecture? Feel free to join us to meet Congressman Murphy and Jolly at the reception.
