Please join the Institute of Governmental Studies Thursday, March 12 as Professor David Vogel discusses his new paper (see below) exploring the roots of California's status as a leading state in adopting measures protecting various environmental interests. Professor Vogel notes that no other state has adopted so many innovative and comprehensive environmental protection measures, and he examines why California has so often led the way.
