2020 Cal-in-Sac Fellows Interviewed for their Internships!
On Friday, March 13, the current cohort of Cal-in-Sacramento Fellows traveled to Sacramento to interview for their summer internships. In addition to senate and assembly offices, they interviewed with staff at the Governor’s Office, CalEPA, the California Energy Commission, MALDEF, the Little Hoover Commission, and many other state agencies and nonprofits engaged in public service. During their breaks they met with alums of the Cal-in-Sac program, who now work in state government. Our Fellows demonstrated great resilience and professionalism throughout the day, in spite of the stress created by the growing COVID-19 pandemic. We are hopeful that they will be able to begin their eight-week internships on May 26, as planned. Please stay tuned for more news about our 2020 Cal-in-Sac Fellows.
