Ana Paula Sanchez

Ana Paula Sanchez is a third-year Political Science major at the University of California, Berkeley, and plans to minor in Political Economy. She is passionate about education equity, mentorship access, and community-centered public policy. Ana Paula has experience as a math tutor at Southwestern College, supporting high school and college students through individualized instruction, and is currently a mentor to middle school students through the Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School Pathways Coaching Program, where she helps students navigate academic and personal growth. She also has experience in outreach and organizational operations through her work with the Associated Students of the University of California, where she has helped coordinate 10+ student-focused events and resource workshops. Ana Paula is seeking opportunities with a legislative office or a nonprofit organization focused on education access and Latino community engagement, including organizations such as the American University School of Education or the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
