We received an update from our other Washington Fellow, Alana Baum. Alana is interning at OtherWords with the Institute for Policy Studies.
"Everything in DC is going great! The weather is finally warming up, which is very exciting. I'm really enjoying my internship and my classes. I've got great mentors and friends at work and wonderful peers in my classes at UCDC. The time is really flying by.
The UCDC center is in such a great location too, there's never a shortage of things to do nearby.
Again, thanks so much for all of your help at the Matsui center for making this possible for me. I really appreciate it. And let me know if there's anything I can do for you all!"
