Deborah hopes to use her degree to help amplify the voices of those who have been silenced for too long. By continuing the fight against injustice for everyone facing inequalities and discrimination, Deborah hopes to be able to provide underserved communities with more opportunities when it comes to higher education as well as better working and living conditions.

This summer, she hopes to gain the knowledge and skills to create and advance policies that will promote equity as well as opportunities when it comes to high education.
