Linda is the Interim Library Manager at IGS Library while IGS recruits for a permanent Library Manager. Linda has over 30 years of experience managing libraries and special collections. She started her career at Earl & Wright Consulting Engineering firm in San Francisco, CA. She worked as Head Librarian (contractor) at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Region 9 (San Francisco, CA) for over 6 years. For approximately 20 years, Linda was Director of the Water Resources Collections and Archives (WRCA). WRCA was located on the University of California, Berkeley campus and, in 2011, was moved to the Riverside campus. The WRCA collection contains unique hard-to-find technical report information and archival material on all aspects of water in the West. Linda appreciates art and spends time hiking and birding. She grew up in San Francisco and loves the Bay Area.
