Bio/CV: 

Jeffrey Lee is a sophomore at UC Berkeley pursuing a degree in political science with a minor in public policy. From a young age, Jeffrey has been passionate about advocating for individuals and communities whose voices are often overlooked.

Determined to give back to his community, he became involved in Berkeley’s student government, where he works to develop tangible solutions to challenges facing the campus community. As Chief of Staff in the Associated Students of the University of California (ASUC) and Finance Chair for the Filipino American Alliance, Jeffrey helps elevate underrepresented voices by expanding access to academic resources and strengthening student representation.

Guided by values of honesty, integrity, and public service, Jeffrey hopes to continue building a career rooted in leadership, making an impact not only at UC Berkeley but also in the Bay Area and his hometown of San Diego County. Democracy camp gives Jeffrey the opportunity to learn the intricacies of how the government is run while gaining the tools to create solutions to the problems our communities are facing.
