Matthew Lewis is a rising fifth year majoring in political science and sustainable and equitable cities with minors in public policy and sustainable and equitable cities. Passionate about affordable housing and Berkeley city politics, he serves as ASUC Director of Local Affairs and Student Housing Commission Chair, as a member of the Berkeley Tenants Union Steering Committee, as a Boardmember for the East Bay Young Democrats, and as a founding member and regional officer for the California Young Democrats Renters' Caucus, as well as Vice President of UC Berkeley Students for Bernie Sanders.
