Tara Lynn Gray is Chief Executive Officer of Fresno Metro Black Chamber of Commerce and Chamber Foundation (FMBCC). FMBCC is a 20 year old community-based organization advancing the interests of the greater African-American community through the creation of opportunities, advocacy, and business & economic development. She holds a Masters of Arts in Christian Studies from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, CA, and is a graduate of UCLA Anderson School of Management, Management Development for Entrepreneurs Program, a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, is the Recipient of the Marjorie Mason Award (2019), 2015 State Agency Recognition Award, California Black Chamber of Commerce 2012 Leadership Award, 2009 Small Business of the Year Award, and is the 2004 Recipient Of Allstate Insurance Company “From Whence We Came” National Pioneer in Technology Award.
